This is where we come into our own!

Weblink I.T. provides a high quality IT support service to local clients. We offer either same day or next day fault diagnosis. Before we undertake a support contract, we enagage in a rigorous process of software and hardware configuration and do a complete systems audit, so that everything is working properly and we know exactly what we are supporting.

This is why our IT support service is professional and efficient - we know your systems. This means that many commonplace problems can be sorted out speedily via the phone or online, without even needing a visit.

Weblink I.T. was founded in October 1996 to supply IT services to large enterprises in the UK. The personnel of Weblink I.T. have been in the I.T. industry for over 15 years. They have worked with many of the biggest and most prestigious companies in the UK. Included in their number are G.U.S., the Civil Aviation Authority, Transco and Clerical Medical Insurance Group. The list also includes some stockbrokers, H.M. Government and some local councils.

During those years, Weblink was accustomed to providing the very highest levels of service, both in terms of quality and speed of response. That this standard is not continued down to small and medium sized enterprises was made painfully obvious to Paul Mitton, Director of Weblink I.T., when he attempted to get faults fixed on a home PC. Recognizing a niche in the market (more a great, yawning chasm than a niche actually), he changed the direction of Weblink I.T. to focus on these neglected SMEs at the beginning of this year (2000).

Our rates for I.T. Support are consistent for local clients. They are:

  • £24.00 per workstation per month (plus VAT) for standard support - which means that we will be with you the next working day, if we can't sort out your problem via phone/fax/email.
  • £36.00 per workstation per month (plus VAT) for premium support - which means that we will be with you the same day if we can't fix it remotely.
